The katakana and haragana alphabets have different symbols for the 'b'
sound, depending on the following vowel sound.

http://www.takase.com/Names/HowToWritePart1.htm

The kanji writing system is closer in principal to Chinese writing,
which is not intrinsically phonetic.

So there is no single 'B' - and unless someone can help indicate which
(if any) would be appropriate for use as a monogram, you might be
better off selecting a meaning; for example the ones shown here. This
is just the first one I found - I'm sure there are better sites for
finding them.

Hmmm.. I wonder how IBM or AT&T or 3M are displayed in Japanese ... I
found it .. IBM is shown as the ENGLISH letters IBM with 2 kanji
glyphs and 4 hiragana characters: http://www.ibm.com/ibm/jp/ja/
