That's not how usenet works.

People subscribe to newsgroups that have content of
interest to them.

People unsubscribe when the content they seek is not
being posted.

Very few subscribers post anything.

Rude, foul-mouthed posters are usually called trolls.
Trolls in and of themselves do not chase off posters.
Spam does not chase off posters.

DMCA complaints and harassment do chase off posters.
Life's little surprises do chase off posters.
Posters owe you nothing, be grateful for any useful
posts.

To attract posters with content that's worth the
subscription, you need to provide them with an
obvious place to post. You need to find people
to handle the other newsgroup chores - answering
questions, guiding offtopic posts elsewhere and
so on.

Posts like yours do nothing to revive newsgroups.
If you want this group to be active, find someone
with the content that you seek and convince them
to post it here.
