I did say that many would not know there was a problem.
Many were sitting in silence, waiting for someone to explain.

Yes, it is. You did not post "fine".
(Stop looking at me like that).
Read the explanation again.... slowly.
Giganews followed posting rules to the letter. It did exactly what you
told it to do --> crippled posting.
One rar/zip per post.
Giganews follows those rules.
You can see this by the perfect reposting - one at a time.
Same server, still obeying what it is told to do.
Erma is using the exact same Agent as you and a server just as
credible (if not more so) than yours.
When I downloaded it, and saw the three yellow packets each surrounded
by white ones I knew straight away some would be having trouble
receiving it.
I do not use the automatic join feature, so I can see what is "wrong"
straight away (mostly).
You are following the Guru's teachings, right down to the line count.
You just forgot what He said about one rar/zip to one post.
Is all.
You have been here a long time. You know to post one rar/zip at a
time. (You are still looking at me like that!).
It was an error of enthusiasm. Not a hangable offence.
Thank you for reposting and not flouncing off in a huff.
Everyone (who reads this) learned something from it. Be happy about
that. We all get to teach each other.
We all forget stuff every now and again. I acknowledged you are a good
poster. I was only explaining what happened and offering the only
solution. Erma was not at "fault" in this instance. I'll bet She is
gratefully looking at the files now. :-)
You are one of few left that learned how to post properly. If we are
just going to run with "I got them, what did YOU do wrong to not get
them??", then the group is doomed.
As an aside, thank you for the collars. Have always wanted to jazz up
some v-neck tee's but didn't have anything I liked. Ace Points are in
my top 5 favourite designers. Simple but well digitised designs.
