I found that picture (the one you posted) on the OESD's
"Coming Soon!" page...

Just askin'....
RC253 is in collection 2 (racing cars), but collection 3 does not run
on with the number sequence to your requested RC254, suggesting a halt
in production.
I searched my stash for a sample of other designs from that page, and
the only ones I seemed to have were the 'deleted' designs That
suggested they deleted them from previous sets and were now reviving
them at a later date.
I didn't get the impression that anything on that page was available
yet.... yes??
