Like everything else in life, "It Depends"!
In what form do you have the logo? Is it a digital image file, such as
.jpg or .eps or in a .pdf etc., or is it a nicely printed clean copy or
a hastily drawn pen and ink sketch?
If it's on paper, you'll have to scan it to produce a digital image.
Once you have a digital image, you use the 'attach' function in your
news reader. You appear to be using "Direct Read News", which I have
never heard of. You'll have to go to its help system to find out how to
'attach'.
An alternate method, if you're able to upload it to one of your own web
pages, would be to do that and provide a link here.
Just a couple of notes about the logo itself. If it's photographic or
very complex, it will be difficult to digitize. The image should have
sufficient size and resolution to be able to see any fine detail that
exists.
