There was nothing wrong with your post and request (but the desired actual
measurement in this one does help!)

The logo and image, however, have quite a bit of complicated detail, with a lot
of color gradations, all of which make it a non-straightforward digitizing job,
requirin substantial effort - whether in image-preparation for semi-automatic
digitizing or in doing the entire logo manually. That's not to say that someone
here won't give it the old college try!

Have you checked with WSMR or the US Army to see if they have any commercially
available patches that might be usable? You'd be more likely to get a quality
professional embroidery, if they do.
