You have to be looking at other posts
to make the decision... as you posted
the PAR at the same time as you made
your post of the designs.

That being so, you would be quite
right (correct), some posts are incomplete.
However THAT is because of the way
(method) used to post those designs.
Your method is working, to get files
on servers, you do not need to post PAR
unless someone requests them, or a repost.
You understand this?
What you are doing is making extra work
for yourself, work that is not
necessary, at all.
For ABCP PAR is a headache few
neither understand or choose to take
the pill for.
