Just remove the overlay by deleteing those colors and the patch is
under that. I would question the use of the terms "Michigan Animal
Control" you might want to clear this with somone before usining as
its also a state run organization. My company is Critter Cops, we
wanted to use the title your son chose but the state would not let us.
