/snip very helpful and informative spiel that is being politely
ignored by both female parties... :-/
Hey Herb.... "moving object meets immovable force"...
Basic Physics (and oestrogen!) is gonna beat you on this one!
What is beyond them both, is neither is using an acceptable form of
posting or receiving program --> ie, a Newsreading Program. No,
Ladies, Outlook Express is NOT a newsreader and from just a quick
squizz at how to post binary attachments from the help page on
Usenetexplorer... /smacks forehead.... When I stop laughing I might be
able to continue...(!)
Looking for affirmation from hopper that it's entirely Maggy's "fault"
won't work. Those with better forms of legit newsreaders are able to
put the offending post back together... mostly.
The list of possibilities of what exactly is the conflict is as long
as your arm.
Hopper posted help for this problem for years. Bashed His head on
bricks for years. And now.... NOW? we have Himself quoted out of
context?? By an Outlook Express user looking for benediction??
rofl...
He would have loved that.... /chortle...
The irony would not have been lost on Him!

I was forced to use MOE for about six months earlier this year on a
third party computer, after a double dissolution of my main ones. I
didn't post, I just looked and tried to "see" what MOE users were
seeing....
A bit of a "walk in Their shoes exercise" if you like.
They don't "see" much... of anything!
It's the worst, crap arsed, loser program I have ever used!
Months later, when my main systems were up and running again, I sorted
through some of the stuff I had managed to download using MOE. A lot
was corrupt. Like JustUs2, I had put things in order, but still they
managed to fall over when saving.
I repulled the offending files using Agent and the same server, and
they arrived intact.
I find it hard to champion the cause of MOE users, simply because they
are using an email program. Usenet is not email. And we haven't even
touched on the yEnc thing.
That is basically it. What exactly is the problem with receiving
Maggy's posts for JustUs2 may never be known, for that reason alone.
Certainly not in this group.
And for the record, Usenetexplorer is not an option either.../grin

Hopper posted programs and help for this type of problem for YEARS.
Many took the offerings. Many more did not.
Those that did, can.
Those that didn't, can't.
Pixie :-))
