The image you provided is much too rough to use as a basis for
automatic digitizing, and manually digitizing would involve
significant effort.
If you can find and provide a better image (preferably a vector
version of the logo), the job would be significantly easier.
Also - you never specify what SIZE you want the finished product to
be. That would really help YOU to get what you have in mind.
