The one I have is like the US Liberty Bell - with a large crack!
Version 8 build 6.
My PE Design 6 wouldn't open the PHC files either. I hadn't opened
PED7 since I had to rebuild my OS about a year ago, and now it doesn't
open at all. Probably have to reinstall it if I really want it. I
really dislike the way you have to navigate among its pieces. BTW
Babylock's Palette software is bit for bit, version for version,
identical to PE Design. The only differences are the names and flash
screens, which are in standalone modules.
