First suggestion is to see your dealer. If you just upgraded, it
should both be in warranty and provide you with some free lessons.
There could be something drastically wrong, or it's not impossible
that once you started adjusting settings such as tension you never
quite got it back to where it's supposed to be.

Or it could be something simple like not attaching the embroidery unit
and/or hoop properly.

Or, one of the first failures might have left a blob of thread buried
in its innards or bobbin area. Babylocks are particularly picky about
having a clean bobbin area. That's Clean, Clean, Clean!

Or it could be a mechanical problem like the feed dogs not getting out
of the way, or moving in the wrong directions when it's doing embroidery.

Or the bobbin could be wound the wrong way.

Or any of a dozen other possible problems.

Since it's relatively new, I assume that you have the upgraded machine
software to version 1.01 (it was released Jan 31 2007).

But back to suggestion number 1. Take it to your dealer - and since
it's under warranty, don't let them charge you some exhorbitant amount
for a replacement part that it might need!
