Was very productive here too.
Lovely afternoon gardening and trimming stuff.
Those storms knocked all the petals off my roses, so all I was left
with was a very fine display of long stems... /laff

That's not a "solution"! That's just polite!
If they are on Usenet, they have a computer and can view the file
themselves. They can make their own colour chart.
Oh... the HOURS I have spent changing colours for stuff I didn't like
the choice of the digitiser.
It's a personal thing.
Aye! Bottom line....??
No two sewists choose the same colours to sew it at the end of the
day.
Stick with the basic colours. Pink --> they will choose their
favourite pink anyway, not necessarily the one on the chart.
I only use one brand of thread as a favourite.
I doan care what the chart says.
I've got eyes... so do they.
>Problem being for the more complex (colours) one

Correct. And at the end of the day, you are doing a lot of work for
possibly less than .01% of the sewing population.

And not the issue.
For all the hype about colour charts, possibly the only one I "might"
follow would be for Hummels.
They have specific skin toning that gives them their "charm".
In saying that... they are really bland... (meant to be that way).
No need to turn yourself inside out over colour charts.
Green is green... blue is blue... red is red... etc.
Most Ladies only have the cottons they have or can get. What is says
on the chart is not always what they have on hand.
