Now the sick puppy thinks he is Herb, Gymmie Bob (his imaginary friend) and
Pixie, as well as hopper.

Yes.. more of a "test", Pixie... as it happens :-)
.
In case you have missed it(?) we - ABCP - have had a spate
of "Dorothy Dixers" posted lately. The absolute latest is here:

Both Herb and myself have knowledge of such nefariousness
from Gymmy Bob in times past. He thinks such posts are
"clevah" so he is free to make whoopee in wasting others time.
That may be so for some, not I.
I test.
If the response isn't indicative of a real need then I do nothing
more... despite what others may read and expect.

The response will be interesting, seeing as our me@home.com
("naff" posting identity - btw) is coming out of a Yankee backbone.
A Virginian, no less.. and just "across the road" from our resident
Edjut, Gymmy Bob.
As we know everyone in that Great Nation of America is as sharp
as two pins I am sure this small detail of similarity is easily
explained :->

Ah... there is the rub, eh?
How to remain "technology dumb" and yet avoid such nasty things online
as those bad pR0n postings and those "eeebull people" seeking to pass
us "bad stuff", information included.
I was just listening (ABC radio QLD) to a supposed Internet Guru,
expounding the virtues of that new movie about Facebook.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1285016/
Whilst in my opinion the guy is clueless as to what can be done online
it **was interesting** to hear him recommending Facebook subscriptions
simply because it is "_Simple_ to use". Thus I say, Gymmy Bob would
have a real circus happening on Facebook just on connecting..!
Maybe Facebook will even automate the C&P actions for IT.. as long as
he could click on the button. Certainly such a simple action would
bypass IT's dyslexia...!!
<snarf>
.. do not be a stranger, Pixie. Hoping all is well with you.
It is cool to be able to have our own space in our timezone.. free
from the mutterings of staulka-boi. Maybe next year we can crank up
our own Aussie Arvo's with complimentary lammies to go with each
embroidery file posted.. heh heh heh
Bonza arvo to you, m'Dear :-)
