The attached file is the result of taking your ~10MB pdf and passing
it through Acrobat 7's Optimizer, primarily reducing the image
resolution to 72 pixels per inch. This is more than adequate for
on-screen display, but would be noticeably grainy if printed.
I also removed all of the embedded fonts (they were Arial, Courier,
and Century Schoolbook, all of which are easily replicated by Adobe
Reader), but as I said earlier, the savings here were minimal, only
about 100KB.
It was also set to remove alternate images and hidden layer content,
but I don't believe either of these were in the original document.
Incidentally, I rar'ed the result to post it, but that only saved
about 200K, or about 10%, due mostly to text compression, since the
images, which constitute the bulk of this particular document, are
already in compressed format.
