Tip.. mGTS?
What is required is a "PDF printer" ---  as in software
that outputs PDF format and runs as a "printer" on
your machine.. or a network.
A "virtual printer".. if you like.
There are any number of PDF printers
available , some as freeware**.
http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php

How to?
The two functions needed to address in printing
are the "resolution" of the output - in DPI.
150dpi is what I use.
The second function is the graphics quality.
Now some will argue you _need_ quality graphics.
I agree the output has to be clear but you can get
just as good a result at 30% of the original as you
can at 90% (graphics quality setup).
And the file size savings are enormous!
As an example?
That PDF was mounted on that site for downloading.
It is already "webified" and thus suitable to download
and include in an archive.
But look at the attached output I was able to achieve
^^from that same document^^ by tweaking the
preferred output in a PDF printer.
Do the maths.. the rework represents a 29% saving
in file size!

.. take the time, do the work. The results will be with
you always.

cheers

Gee. All that help and nobody even asked **YOU***

Maybe keep your nose out unless asked. I doubt anybody will read your post
anyway.
