Prolly not!
It's 15.4meg... Feeb's likes posting big parcels.
Monster file?... That sums it up nicely!
There are five different sets inside, each containing at least one if
not more, pdf of close to 2meg...
/smacks forehead...
Why each set could not have been posted as a separate entity is beyond
me!
I'm not sure which bit is giving you trouble. Are you not staying
online long enough to get it? Is it timing out? Is it arriving
corrupt??
Need more info! Just need to know what is falling over for you.
You would not be alone in this. There is more than one thing wrong
with the post.
But, in the meantime, you could check the following for me.
Do you have your Agent set to join all the parts when you pull the
headers? Eg, does it arrive as one header or was it 66 parts??
If you already see 66 parts, then some could be missing OR out of
order OR not joined properly at the end.
Always cross your fingers when downloading from Fee!!
If it arrives as one header (not 66 parts) go to the Menu Bar,
choose Groups,
Default Properties for all Groups
Receiving Files
and UNtick Join Multipart Messages When Receiving Headers.
Doing this does a couple of things. It allows you to check that
a/ all the parts arrived
and b/ join them yourself in order when you are able to retrieve all
of them.
It takes a little time when something arrives with 66 parts (grrrrr)
but at least you can see what's missing before you commit to
downloading.
When you change the above setting, delete the mess that hasn't arrived
and refresh the headers (Menu Bar --> Online --> Get all headers for
selected group). That's what I use to get back deleted headers. There
could be a better way, I haven't looked.
You should see 66 parts and will be able to check that all bits are
there. And your Agent won't be struggling to find them, sort them and
put them together in one huge file.
If you still can't get it, tell group and someone will post them
separately for you.
Don't panic, we're not going anywhere. You'll get your files.
Pixie :-))
