Astraweb told me that someone reported me to them for posting of the
indian pics and they said they will pass on details to law enforcement
if requested, they also said they are investigating it or something. i
asked them who made the complaint but they wouldnt tell me who, even
if i went with a different provider i will still have the same
problem. I got the account reactivated after debating some sections of
the law about what defines child pornography, they accepted my
arguement backed up by facts of the law. there terms of condition
state that they cannot allow the posting of persons under the age of
18 weather clothed or unclothed on there servers.
