Paragraph 1: Newsgroup Charter

1. This newsgroup was created for the free exchange of Binaries
between persons of simililar interests.
2. It will be understood that all posts submitted to this Newsgroup
shall be accessable to all without restriction including password
protection nor
secure encryption of any kind which requires the downloader to supply
a password or use any type of decryption software other than that
which is
stipulated in the Rules of Access for this newsgroup.
3. It will be understood that all posts submitted to this Newsgroup
shall be within the guidlines stated in the Rules of Access for this
Newsgroup.
Paragraph 2: Rules of Access

1. It will be understood that any posts submitted to this Newsgroup
may be of an Adult nature and restricted to Adult audiences only.
2. Under no circumstances will any post containing violent actions or
abuse towards persons of any age or unwilling subjects be tolerated.
3. This is a friendly community. Flaming or personal attacks against
any persons within this community is strictly forbidden.
4. The owner and creator of this newsgroup reserves the right to exact
strict control over this community and may add and append this MOTD as
he sees fit.
Paragraph 3: Posting Guidlines:

1. All posts submitted to this Newsgroup may be compressed with an
archival utility which is accessable to all without payment nor
condition. i.e.
WinRAR, WinZIP, 7-Zip, etc.
2. It is advisable to post in Multipart format to alleviate individual
news server restrictions pertaining to size and bandwidth
considerations. The
inclusion of PAR (PARity) files are suggested to maintain the
integrity of the parts and insure competion of the file.
3. Posts can be designated by any filename. Since there is no real
method of determining whether the file has been renamed, the download
is
left to the discretion of the downloader.

Spam. Web Links may contain scripts which track the person's Internet
Browser history as well as infect the person's computer with Spyware.
