Quite correct.  The CBR file is basically a souped up RAR file, so if you
do have a CBR file change it to RAR and open it as normal.  (This is also
the way that you can convert a CBR file to a PDF file.  If anyone would
like to know how give us a shout and I'll let you all in on the secret.  I
have an E-Book which doesn't accept CBR format, but it really is a simple
job with just a simple freeware (at least I think it's freeware :-).)  BTW
Since it is a hell of a long time since I had Windows 98 or 2000, I won't
be able to tell you if it works for those OSs, but I can confirm that it
works perfectly and works extremely well producing PDF files that can be
easily be viewed in an E-Book.  I can confirm this (although occassionally
you might have  to change the rotation from Portrait to Landscape.)
