So am I! After all you can't bring 'em back in case of error. As I
said, the US-Constitution will need safeguards. However, death penalty
is not mandatory under the US constitution. There are states that do
not have the death penalty. There are quiet a few things that need
changing and modernizing, no two ways about it.
