You certainly have more control over what you say than what's said
about you. The things written about you don't materialize
spontaneously though. Words come at you in response to something you
put out there. Own your own words. Control that which you can. If
you mean to write provocatively, then you must accept some level of
responsibility for the commentary you provoke. I don't recall you
ever owning up to the several really silly things you've said and done
around here over the years. That's okay, of course. It makes
absolutely no difference to me whatever. You're the one who has to
live, and eventually die, with yourself.
