Or deliberately in the original article (full title was "Happiness Is A
Warm Gun In The Hand"). I do, now you mention it, remember the Schultz
book, and that may have influenced the song as well, but I don't know
how well it was known in the UK at the time (as I recall I only
encountered Schultz in the late 60s in UK publications).
