the address on header is just to avoid automatic address grabbers.
please be careful to whom you give your mail addresses, I have been
victim of junk mail once, and it usually ends up blocking owns mail
account. Avoid sending mail messages to all of your contacts in one
step, specially using to: or cc: field. Use bcc: instead.
