Yes there have been a few people claiming to be Winona Ryder on the
internet over the years. As for being authentic there was one time that
was true as told by Winona herself. ----- I forget which TV talk show
it was that Winona told this story. Years ago, after "Girl Interrupted"
was just released Winona said she actually got on some chat room and
tried to get a conversation started about the movie and what did the
members of the chat room think of it. ----- Nobody responded to her
messages. ------ Wouldn't that be something if you could actually get
to chat with Winona online and know that it was really her. :) -----
It's a nice dream to think that someday you could say hello to Winona
Ryder, on the internet, or better yet in person. Wouldn't that be
