>I went to the Forum Shops in Caesar's Palace last night. One shop,
>"Antiquities", a movie memorabilia store has a lot of great stuff , most
>of it very over priced. ---- I picked up a few items and was about to
>check out when I noticed a table with folders of 8 by 10 signed photos
>of movie stars. So I started browsing through the folders. --- The clerk
>came over and asked "Any star in particular?" --- I said "Sure, Winona
>Ryder" -- not expecting to actually see a photo signed by Winona. But
>I'll be a son of a gun, the clerk flipped a few pages and there was an 8
>by 10 autographed picture of Winona from the "Flaunt" magazine
>collection. :D --- It was just $195. ----- It is now gracing the wall
>along with my regular Winona Ryder photo gallery. ------ They guarantee
>the authenticity. And send you the certificate in about a week. :)
>-------- Just three years ago, almost to the day I saw our lovely lady's
>house and "star" on Hollywood Blvd, now I get a real autographed
>picture. :D ------------- Just to think I have an item Winona has
>signed, I'm so thrilled. ------ But I still would give anything if I
>could get the beautiful Winona, herself, to personally sign an autograph
>for me. ---- :) Rusty
More than 80% of purchased autographs are fake. Who buys that crap
anyway? I should dust off my Sharpie and open an autograph store
myself...
