newsgroups have been dieing slowly for some time now
reason is the old ones have past away, and the young ones don't care
also spammers and porn posters are everywhere
And groups are being monitored by FBI and police
every group is becoming that way.
my suggestion is to get a cheap newsreader
I have Teranews. It is a one time payment of a few dollars
Are they good ??? well, yes and no, meaning when they are
operating they are great, BUT....often they are off line.
