Dear Fan,
Ah, yes. The good old ... and slow ... days. I recall slogging
through the BHF website, labouriously downloading one image at a time,
at such a snail's pace that one could actually count the lines as they
crept across the screen. The mere thought of having to download a
picture larger that 150k was abhorrant ... but I simply did it and
took a break for tea and biscuit ... or perhaps to fix dinner... or
make a run to the library ... while it dowloaded. Videos were out of
the question. In my entire expectations, I never thought I'd exceed
the need for a single spindle of Cds!
I look forward to your contributions, if you perhaps come across some.
