Hi Astro Boy!
The particular mincing little tart in question would have been a
target for the neanderthals in any human society. The idea, when
wearing lace, is to have the expression on your face that says, 'Go
ahead, make a wisecrack about my lacey frills and I'll stomp a mudhole
in you.' That poor little catamite has the mortified expression of one
who as been shoved out the front door to meet his doom.
But just in case YOU are the old fart in that picture, I think he
looks charming... ;)
