I can only offer this advice.
Do not post anything that could land you in trouble if you cannot tick
yes box for all of the following criteria
I have not paid for a news account with anything that can be traced back
to me.
I have never connected my computer directly to the news server accessing
this news account at any time previous.
I do fully understand how to post through anonymous proxy chains and /or
the Tor network to hide my real IP address.
Even then there are still risks !
