Since you asked.

It seems to me the test-file-a is of lesser quality compared to test-file-b.

For all practical purposes they are pretty close.

The a-file seems to lose some quality on moving objects then snap in
when still.

The b-file seems to flow better, not losing bits with rapid movements.

But either are perfectly acceptable to me.
