Thanks so much! I's using version 1.7. I've got an NVIDIA video card, so
I was using the NVIDIA h.265 choice because it's so much faster.
When I use CBR and set the bit rate to 1024, my screen reports a file size
of 659MB rather than your screenshot of 415MB. Other than that difference,
all makes sense, so I guess I'll do some experimenting to see what various
bit rates look like.
