Well it takes a while for each episode to encode.
Stax rip does the audio first then the video encode.
It converts 5.1 to AAC 5.1.
so leave the AAC VBR as default.
I usually set second audio to none for x265 to keep the file size down.
It should pickup the subs OK if you have any.
