If they are MKV which i am sure they are then it is easy.
MKV is a container, it can have multiple audio, video and subtitle tracks.
To manage your MKV container use MKVToolnix GUI.
It is free software just google for download link.
So to remove the russian audio
1: Install MKVToolnix GUI
2: Drop video file into MKVToolnix GUI
3: Deselect the audio track you dont want and hit the remux button.
4: It will create a copy of the video file in the same folder with a -1
appended.
Have a play you can swap out audio and subtitle tracks select defaults etc.
