Makes you wonder why Jack would do what he does...

Ever see 'Kindred: The Embraced?'
"A police detective in San Francisco finds himself in a world of erotic
danger when he learns that vampires live hidden among us, organized
into five gangster-like clans. Loosely based on the White Wolf
role-playing game Vampire: the Masquerade by Mark Rein Hagen."
The show was short-lived (only 8 episodes) but very well done as I recall.

I've been watching SNL season 1, and, just as I remembered, it was
never funny. Okay, the Star Trek sketch was good, and maybe Richard
Pryor, but skits just ran on without punchlines or jokes.
Never watched MadTV, but I have watched SCTV. I've also got some
episodes of Fridays to look into - heard it was great at times.
(Especially the Andy Kaufman incident.)

Fringe was great in the first season or so, but the time lapse altered
the premise of the show too much.

The beginning was great!
Yeah, stopped watching at some point. The plot just seemed to wander.
Never saw how it (and Heroes Reborn) ended.

I enjoyed the first season, but haven't started the second season yet.

We've had discussions about US remakes of UK shows before. I've seen
the UK version first and didn't care for the US version. The main
character didn't translate well - more like an a-hole than a doofus.

Jeremiah
Millennium
Better Call Saul
Space: Above and Beyond
Game of Thrones - I avoided this show all this time but finally decided
to check it out. I now have 6 seasons to catch up on. It just didn't
sound like my kind of program, but I'm captivated by the story and how
it is developed over the course of the series.
The Invisible Man (2000) - a rather quirky show that was on the SciFi
channel some years back.
