No that case is Southern Charms vs Freakdaddys. FD went to war against SC
when SC stopped letting Charms link to FD for traffic. FD has a message
board and they added a subboard dedicated to slamming the hell out of SC,
it got brutally personal. Near the end of the war, FD started letting
people post pictures of old Charms to the board, none current, and nothing
remotely close to the mega, mega-gigs that went up in here, probably not
even 1/10th of a gig. It was enough though for them to find a clown judge
in FD's backyard to rule in their favor.SC may finally receive damages, but
nothing close to $7M, no way.
