I use Total Recorder and save it as an MP3. I have no idea what it may be doing internally. And like I said, I record Music with Space with extra time after in case Mike plays an extra show for an 8.5 hour recording and have not had problems other than when the stream goes down.
By the way MwS is back to streaming in mono...
