When I view the booklet with Adobe Reader XI, I can select the images
with a cross-haired cursor, then copy & paste into IrfanView or MS Paint
and save it as JPG or some other format from there.
With Acrobat, the Advanced menu has a command "Export All Images..."
which can be used to create a JPG file for each page.
