Yes.
Speed is always going to be dictated by the ISP, not the NSP,
and I have the cheapest broadband Comcast will sell me.
UNS does allow oodles of simultaneous connections, but I've
been told that you can normally max out your pipe with just
four and so four is all I normally use. Just out of curiosity,
I uploaded two posts simultaneously once (four and four), and
both seemed to go up in the usual way.
I don't much care. It's clear to me that if I want to upload
faster I need to pay Comcast more money. I'd rather eat.
