This isn't the "Theater Games" you requested.
It's a sanitized (SC) version of Theater Games that AHC re-released in 2011 as "Masked Mischief".
After watching the trailer you posted, I'd guess that the original was probably HC and was probably called Theater Games. That's lost, near as I can tell. Also, I'm not seeing in Masked Mischief all of the footage that's in the trailer, so non-HC parts of MM might be cut as well. The runtime of 54:11 would support that.
However, one and possibly two of the original HC scenes live on in the VCX release of "Around the World with John 'The Wadd' Holmes". The Trish Prado + John Holmes scene is; IAFD claims two scenes are.
I'll keep looking for "Theater Games". From the trailer, it seems to me that the crippled AHC version is missing a lot of the humor along with all the HC fucking. The original might even be enjoyable to watch.
But here we are again: a pointlessly lost movie that opens with a realistic rape (no problem) that doesn't show penetration (horrors).
