Dear Curious,
The boys to which you refer are Moroccan. Their mentor, known
generally as Vogelfuetter, has spent many years collecting these
images, consisting of both clothed and some-what less clothed boys,
and has hosted several now-defunct websites.
I must tell you that, although Vogelfuetter (of whom not much has been
heard for some months) has often expressed disapproval at posting his
pictures in the groups, he himself has done so in the past.
By any measure, his work is beautiful and would be a very nice
contribution for those who've not yet seen his images.
