for by Norway and flown to the UK just before the cease-fire in 1940. So
more of a transfer than a capture.
The He115s were initially operated from the UK by their Norwegian crews on
covert operations to Norway but were subsequently impressed into the RAF for
similar missions. No 64 became BV187 and was reportedly used in the North
Africa theatre.
