I'm pretty sure Charles hit it with the Yak, look at the shape of the tail,
curved, that rules out the p-51 and the shape is not quite right for a P-39.

Not so much your eyes as a pretty marginal, indistinct and
non-diagnostic image. From that angle of view it could well be either a
P-39 or a P-51, my money would be on the P-39.
