I sometimes loose images because if I look at one with Forte
Agent(preview) and then switch to another group, even if I've marked
it "Keep", Agent will delete it.
I've gone through the setting several times and have never
found the solution. I do remember there's a setting called "When To
Delete" and I've checked it Never. Doesn't matter - same problem.
I just have to be careful and it comes up a lot with the
posters that don't index.
