I first use rar with no compression and 3% error recovery.  Then I use
Quickpar with 5-15% error recovery.  Then Power-Post A&A v11b with the
bandwidth limit set to about 60-70% of my maximun bacdwidth.  I also
use Stunnel on open networks.  I also have security software running.
But I think that the key is to use good network providers and good
servers, and only push them moderately in bandwidth utilization.
