Yes, there is a scan missing. If you could rescan page 16 of the
booklet. Only the left side is missing, but perhaps it may be wise to
scan both sides in case size and resolution does not match the
original right side. But as I pointed out to Thane, my "work" as you
kindly put it, is nowhere near the quality of his.
