To tell the truth, I became quite mixed up while scanning the booklet
:-)
It's nice to see that you're joining the pages.
I think your posting of full pages will be of great help to those who
will download this monster post.
If during your work you notice that a scan is missing, just let me
know what you need and I will rescan the page (s).
It would be easier for me than checking out all of the already posted
scans.
