Im not sure..but on second reading ...I think she/he/it was trying to
imply that she/he/it was from "other lands"..and given the
verbage..could either be a hoser from Canukistan to our north..or
British loser to the distant East.

She/he/it is still obviously mentally ill...and definately off
her/his/its meds and not ..not over the age of 18, sadly enough.
Its obvious that Universal Medical Care is an abject failure in her
