I'm not a TOR user (maybe I Should be though), but I thought That was
just for private web browsing ? ... and so would have nothing to do
with being hidden when posting to Usenet. I might be wrong.
I think all you would need to post and hide your IP would be a
'tweaknews' account that allows posting, I have a Monthly account that
allows me to download all I need, but this doesn't allow posting so I
have a 10GB 'Block' account that allows me to upload my stuff and also
send messages, as long as I don't use ALL of the 10GB download
block... It doesn't expire so I can upload all I want. Uploads are Not
counted.

I would advise that you check out the 'alt.binaries.teevee' group, if
you don't already. Lots of BBC, C4 and other docs are posted in there.
I also hope that another 'JC' turns up, A big part of my collection
was uploaded by JC.
