One of the things we should remember is that uploading to Usenet is a
hobby, not a career. Many uploaders may just stop because they're
tired of it and have found other pursuits. ISIS was a familiar poster
on Usenet some time ago, as was JimBoss (may have been later handled
as JB), but haven't seen him in a few years, either. The uploads to
the Criterion group have stopped completely with none of the newer
titles being posted at all.
I guess we should just thank our lucky stars that these posters were
with us for a while and that we benefitted so much from their kind
generosity.
